Bringing Total Rewards to Life: Designing Compensation Transparency for a Global Workforce

What if employees could understand the full value of their compensation—clearly, visually, and in their own language?

As the Senior UI/UX Product Designer for a Total Rewards platform, I led the design of a global B2B SaaS solution where employees log in to view their full compensation package: salary, bonuses, 401(k), RSUs, LTI, health benefits, stock purchase options, and more.
Designed for domestic and international clients, the platform supports multiple languages and region-specific benefit structures.

The challenge was to make complex, highly personalized compensation data feel human—without overwhelming the user. I crafted responsive, accessible interfaces and visual layouts that build trust, promote transparency, and help employees truly understand what they’ve earned.
