How can enterprise HR teams plan raises, bonuses, and promotions—across thousands of employees—with confidence and clarity?

As the Senior UI/UX Product Designer for a next-generation variable compensation planning platform, I helped shape a B2B SaaS solution used by companies like Walmart, Monster Energy, and Bacardi. Built for the full planning cycle, the platform supports collaborative decision-making around merit increases, promotion pools, budget constraints, and pay equity.

I designed intuitive workflows, responsive tables, and clear data visualizations that turned dense, high-stakes information into actionable insights. The goal: empower HR and people managers to plan fairly, move fast, and stay in sync—at every step of the compensation cycle.
